First thing was to look for my comrades. When I came out of the tent, I realised I was alone, surrounded by enemies in their territory and there was no way to Escape. In fact, there was nowhere that was not their territory and the place was covered in booby traps. One wrong move and I’ll be caught.
The smell of smoke and gun powder filled my nostrils, making it hard to breathe. Stifling and thick smoky air whirled around me, yet I moved swiftly with only half a bottle of water near my waist. Where I was earlier was a place where the last members of our regiment had set camp after the bloody war had devoured all our good men, leaving too few to fight in this destructive war.
